Angry Superchips Flashpaq 3875 Issue

Just got my new Superchips Flashpaq 3875 yesrerday and can't get it to work. Fails to load need calibaration file for my 07 JK Rubicon. I get a "calibration file not available for your vehicle" when trying to tune. I also have updated it the unit before trying to install, which seemed to go fine. Then I tried againto update it after it failed to tune and I got this error from Superchips server

The calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. Information about your vehicle has been sent to our engineers for analysis and you will be notified via e-mail when a calibration is available for your vehicle.- You may unplug your Programmer.

Has anyone had this issue? Of course there is no support on the weekends from Superchips! Very frustrating. any help would be appreciated.

wow sorry you are having that problem. I have read all the posts and it sounds like you may have a unique vehical configuration. Not a problem for you though, when superchips is in on monday you need to get a hold of the tech dept. and let them know they will get your vehical added to their database of configurations and you will be set. The down side is you wont be lable to use it until next week. I wish I had better news, but I will tell you it is totally worth waiting for no question about it. I would see if you could use some of the active features while the jeep is running and get some stock 0-60 times so we can compare. But in the interim enjoy your weekend and dont worry about it till next week. I would email them as much info as possible and maybe put it in bold type or mark it urgent so they can get to you first thing monday. Let me know if you have any other q's.

Default Same Problem

I just received my flashpaq today. I updated it with the software prior to attempt the programming. The update went fine. Then I tried to program my vehicle (2007 Wrangler x). The flashpaq stored my vehicle file and then gave me the same message as above. I tried the software update again, and it gave me the message that no tune was available and that my file was uploaded and I would be contacted as soon as a tune was available. You spend all this money on this tihing advertised to work on JK's and you run into this. Any updates would be appreciated.

Thumbs up Update

After waiting a week, Superchips finaly emailed me a file for my vehicle. I updated the Flashpaq with the software and everything installed great. The flashpaq was then able to load the program into my vehicle with no problems
My initial observation is that my vehicle has more power on acceleration and I can feel that the shift points are different. Only drove the vehicle from work to home after the programing, so not much driving to fully evaluate. I will update this post after a full evaluation.
