Default Superchips Flashpaq "G-3F" error

I just hooked up my new Flashpaq and when I tried to use it I got a "G-3f" error. I updated the unit before trying to use it. I tried calling Superchips and of course they already closed and they are only there M-F. Has anyone ever gotten this error and is there anything I can do besides wait until Monday?

A quick google search shows it being an update issue. Some have tried updating again which worked while Superchips suggests turning off ALL security software.

I had one last month with the same error. I went on the Superchips forum website and thier software engineers sent me multiple updates over a three week period. Nothing worked, I sent it back to Dave at Northridge. He has it now and I'll see what comes of it.

It actually ended up being Operator Error...LOL. It's amazing what a difference there is between "ACC" and "ON".

G-3F Error is not a superchips problem. It usually is something is wrong with the jeep from what superchips tells me.

I had the same issue yesterday. I have a 2010. After multiple times of trying to upload. I abondoned and called superchips support this morning. Their eng staff wrote a script and after two hours, I used the software update and a new program was downloaded to my programmer. This time everything worked as expected.
