Default Superchips Flashpaq Issues

I received my Superchips Flashpaq last week and used it right away. I just used the 87 octane tune but I did not notice much of an improvement if any. Seeing other people's impressions I figured there may be something wrong with the program so I returned it back to stock and tried to update it. Unfortunately though my PC can recognize that it is connected via USB the programmer only says "Bootload Error" and the computer then says to unplug the programmer and plug it back in.

I tried contacting Superchips several times over the last 2 days with no luck... Kind of sucks having a $330 piece of junk plastic. Anyone else having similar problems?

What number did you call? Use the number in the back of the instruction book. I never once had trouble getting through.

How did you try to contact them? They have a staff that answers technical issues. Did you call?

I tried calling yesterday morning but did not get through to a person so I sent both an e-mail and filled out the form on their web site.

I called yesterday and got through no problem. Did you just not want to hold for the next available person?

Woah, not trying to start anything. On your advice I will try to call again tomorrow (I do not have the unit with me to give the serial number) I figured I would get a response via e-mail, guess not.
