Default Superchips G-3F

After trying my Superchip (on 2008 Rubicon) and getting a G-3F call Superchips. Called Superchips and they helped me get set up to down load the updates. Tried it again after updating and got the same G-3F call Superchips. They said they would give it to their engineering Dept. and get back to me.

Anyone else have this and have it resolved? How do they resove it?

I have a AEV ProCal, I sure don't need to pay close to $350.00 for a Superchip programer that won't program.

Any impute would be appreciated.

Thanks

And from the Superchips forums...

Read this one also. The last post may be informative if it is not the key position. (though it sounds like it started as the key position, and then bugged the tuner...)

Default Need More Impute

Ok I'm a dummy and thought I went two clicks but when someone said there should be a ding and the dash lights should come on so I tried it again without the tuner and found out I had to make one more click.

I went through the whole thing and programed most everything and when I got to the end it came up Modified: No--------Yes and I clicked yes and then it proceeded to erase a whole bunch of files and then said to unplug the programer. Is that right, should I have selected modified? The reason I clicked modified is I had the MBRP catback installed????????????????????????

Also on the TPMS page 13 Nothing seemedto ome up about that. How do you lower it down to zero so the ding and dash icon goes out?

For tpms - install the tune, disconnect and go update it again, and then you should have the tpms option available.

And Dave, post some pics!!
