Default Superchips help!

I have a 2010 unlimited Sahara with auto trans. Have no lift, stock 32s and an k&n CAI. just got my super chips. Set the tire size and now I'm trying to figure out which setting I should be on. I want some performance and better gas miles. If I choose Mileage XS setting do I lose any chance of gaining some performance? And all I see here besides 93 performance and 91 performance is 87 octane. Am I missing the 87 performance option which is in the manual or is this it? Thanks!

When I run the XS setting, I do notice a little improvement in MPG's, but less performance. The best results I get, are running the 87 tune most of the time. Or, I'll run higher octane with the 87 tune.
