SuperChips Programmer prob.
Help!! I recently got a CEL and the code said I had a bad O-2 sensor. So I reset my Superchip back to factory and took my 07-Rubi w/A/T to the dealer. He said they ran on their testers and came up with the PCM needed to be replaced, which they did. Now I'm trying to reprogram the Superchips and I get an error message saying "The calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. So then I logged into SuperChip's website and checked for updates and then got this message."The calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. Information about your vehicle has been sent to our engineers for analysis and you will be notified via e-mail when a calibration is available for your vehicle." Any ideas???

Sounds like the new software for the PCM is later than what SC currently has programmed. Had the same thing happen on my Truck and it took a few days for SC to get the Chrysler changes to the PCM into their mix. Unfortunate, but part of the repercussions when the dealer does brain surgery on your JK.
I called them, and went straight to Ron Rapp. They are there at 8am EST Monday Morning. I'd send Ron an email as well, RRapp@superchips.com.
They'll get you straightened out pretty quickly.

I just sent Ron an e-mail requesting help. Hopefully it won't take long.
I have also run in to the same issue, when the manufacturer released PCMs with new firmware to accommodate some changes for the latest model year vehicles. In my case it took a few weeks for the patch because the changes affected a number of the programmer profiles. If you can't get a patch in the short term, the dealer "can" flash the PCM with an older revision of the firmware.
He then mentioned that "IF" I had had a programmer they would not have replaced the PCM under warranty. Fortunately I had reset everything back to stock and had a good number of ignition on/off cycles so hopefully they could not tell, or possibly they did not look.
