Default Superchips question...

I'm getting a E-43: Vehicle files not stock error when trying to tune my new to me, but used, JK that I just got with Flashpaq. I understand that I need to have the dealer reflash the computer back to stock before I can use the product. My Jeep's current "Stock" configuration was saved prior to me getting the error. A couple questions:

After I have the dealer reflash to stock, will I have any issues with Flashpaq since what is currently saved as "stock" on it will not be the same as what it sees after the dealer does the reflash?

Are all tuners the same, as far as, needing a stock tune as a baseline before their product can tune the vehicle?

Anyone know if all tuners need a stock flash first?

So.the vehicle is currently running a tune and you are trying to return it to stock. The previous owner should have returned it to stock before doing any factory re-flashes.
