Default Superlift steering stabilizer help please.

Ok so I order a new Steering stabilizer from Northridge4x4 since I killed my old one on rocks. Now I got my SS and CB antenna today. The antenna is perfect.

Heres my issues. The shock in the SS has 2 large dents and 1 small one. It also has a few nicks in the paint. The nicks do not bother me but the dents do. I took some pictures and ill be putting them below.

Anyone else with this SS notice anything odd like this. Iv heard of some people having clearance issues so I figured maybe they where put there on purpose with how neat the paint is around the dents. But then I looked at the mounts and it doesn't make sense where the dents are located. They are about a 45 degree angle to the fixed mount. The 2 big ones are parallel it almost looks like something heavy was put on them to cause the dents.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know thank you.

Hmm, that doesn't look right. I think I'd see about getting that replaced.

X2. I'd get a hold of Northridge, they'll make it right.

x3. I have the same stabilizer and mine doesn't have the dent mods. Maybe I should be the one sending theirs back.

Mine didn't come with that great mod. I'll bang some dents in it tonight.
