Default Superlift trac bar problem. Help!!!

Does anybody have a pic of their Superlift front trac bar assembled w/ the spacers. I'm pretty sure I have it together right and the end w/ the heim joint and spacers is too thick to mount in the factory axle bracket.

I don't have my camera with me, but I put the 2 machined stepped/tapered spacers on each side of the heim and pressed them in w/ my bench vice and it's maybe 1/16" to 1/8" too thick. I'm pretty sure I used the right spacers because that's the only thing that would come close to working that came in the kit. Maybe they sent the wrong size spacers.

You had to press in the spacers? My spacers sat right in the heim joint and slid right into place into the axle bracket with no problems. I'll take a picture and post it here in a little while..... It sounds like you have the wrong spacers.....

Thanks.
It's gonna be hell getting these spacers out without damaging the heim joint.

Hmm....

That's exactly what mine look like. I'll try putting it in the vice again and crank down a little harder to make sure they're seated all the way. If not, I guess I'll have to take a measurement and have a little milled off.

Thanks for going to the trouble for the pic. I'm sure that wasn't an easy spot to get into.

I'm sure the track bar is fine and that the factory mount is just pinched together a bit. Simply take a pry bar, place it between the mount and bend it out a bit. And, just like that, your track bar will fit

Thanks, WOL. I actually thought about that but wanted to make sure I didn't have something wrong first.
