Default Surf rod rack suggestion(s)??

Any of you surf fishermen have any suggestions for mounting a surf rad rack to my 2012 JKU? Front and rear bumpers are currently stock with no immediate plans to change them. On my TJ, I just bolted it to the steel front bumper but I'm not so sure how the JKU's bumper is constructed. Any and all suggestions appreciated.

I transport up to three 11 ft lami rods at a time on these thule racks. I put my rod butt facing the front with the tip facing the back (if you look at my avatar you can see the rod butt sticking out the front). The racks lock but your reel will be exposed. I dont use a reel seat I tape my reels on my rod so im not worried about theft. It would take those jackasses at least 10 minutes to untape my reel. I use this set up for highway driving. For beach driving I use the rod holders by "angler fish n mate" bolted onto my front bumper.

If you dont tape your reels on and use a reel seat and are worried about theft the rod vault may be an option. I actualy looked into itn myself but my thules have a dual purpose for when i go snowboarding. Going out now to see if I can find some stripers under those waves

Here is there link for the rod vault.

I already have an aluminum rod holder that I would like to use. A roof rack would be nice but a little too costly just yet. Looks good though!

I bungee mine to the roll bars. U could always get a front hitch (which I have) and fab up ur holder to slide into the hitch. I just don't like driving with my rods exposed.

Ok, so the rack bolted to your bumper is similar to what I currently have. I have a stock bumper so I'm not exactly sure as to how it should be attached. The skin of the bumper appears to be plastic but I'm sure there is metal under there somewhere. I would like to be able to remove it when not in use.

I found this on Quadratec's site
Angler's Aluminum 4 ROD BRAC - T-Bracket for 4-Rod Holder for 2" Receiver Hitch - Quadratec

This will work to mount my rack to the rear receiver hitch. I'm not a big fan of installing a front receiver hitch unless it could be hidden.
