Default Suspension Confusion

To start off I'm new to Jeeps and off roading and just traded my 07 ram for a 12 JK sport. Just from my own research I was thinking 2" spacer lift and 33's. I recently went out to a couple off road suppliers and got conflicting info. At 4WPW the Service child said "don't go with a spacer lift, that's for Pavement Queens, you'll have nothing but problems with it off road, go for a budget coil lift". I should mention the jeep is a daily driver, and planning on wheeling about 2 weekends a month. So at this point am thinking Teraflex 2.5" coil lift and Falken Wild Peaks. 4 wheel shop #2 locally owned, another service child... hmmm. This one says "if you are gonna run 33's don't go with a coil lift, all you need is a leveling kit" me "isn't that just a shorter spacer lift? I won't have problems with articulation and rubbing?" SC "I can make stock wheels and tires rub if I want, go with the leveling kit". You can see where I'm a little confused. So I joined JK-Forum with the hope that actual offroaders can give me a little insight. By the way I did start to go through the threads, but with 42k threads, thought it best just to post a new one. Thanks for your help.

First off I'll say, welcome to the forum Second I'll say, congrats on the new 2012 Third I'll say, you just spent alot of money on your new jeep. Do your Jeep right and get no less than a 2.5" coil lift. As you have stated, Teraflex makes a great lift, easy enough you could install it yourself if your so inclined. I have helped with installing two. Talk to Joe at Teraflex 1-801-288-2585 I'm sure he can resolve any confusion you may have.

Forth I'll say, I've never heard of a service child till now.
