Default Suspension help needed

It's a long story but hopefully someone can help.
I have a 08 4dr rubicon took it down to 4wp had them install a 8ooolb winch /front bumper and 4 new ranchos .when they pulled it out of the shop the front end was dropped way down .i was very upset and asked what happened they said it was to much weight.
So needing my jeep they sold me a 2 inch spacer kit that got me back on the road after waiting 2 weeks for my parts. After several months of a very rough ride . I am literally sitting a 1/4 inch up from the stops and have no travel at all.i got in touch with a spring manufacture through quadratec who recommended a taller spring I put those on last night now I have1/2 inch of travel.i did take the spacers out of the front.any ideas on how to get a little more travel in this suspension with out a lift kit. My wife can barely get in it now.
Thanks

So to clarify the question:

You installed a new bumper
You installed a new Winch
you installed 4 new Ranchos "springs"

The Jeep was then sitting way lower in the front

They talked you into buying a Budget boost to go on top of the new "springs"

Had a horrible ride looks and rides like crap.

You talked to Quadratic and the suggested taller springs and you then installed.

PM me and i'll post your pics that you need to take for us. if you cant I see you only have one POST so i don't remember the rules about pics.

SOMETHING seems way wrong unless you installed a 1000lb bumper. If you just installed the pucs winch and bumper should sit higher than factory. ....

what brand winch?

what brand bumper?

rancho shocks or springs - the rubi springs tend to be pretty stiff and should have taken the load of the winch and most bumpers...

only an inch of travel?? what shocks do you have?

More info is needed and some photos of the suspension would be nice. sounds to me from what you are stating your shocks are too long or your bump stops are not set up right.

Hope I am doing this correctly.the four ranchos were ranchos 5000 shocks.
I appreciate the help . I think we. Figured out the problem my rubi has 41/2 inch long rubber bump stops according to the factory parts guy they are only 21/2 inches long so some how mine ended up to long. Since no one sells factory front bump stocks I am going to just try to cut 2 inches off the ones I have
Thanks havoc55

You may want to make sure you bottom out on your stops, not your shocks.Still can't see your bumper with a small 8k winch sagging your front downWe run a short bumper and a 10k winch with no sag
