Default Suspension Questions, Help?

I am planning on getting a Teraflex 3" lift for my unlimited JK. I am new at suspension lifts so could you guys explain the advantage of the lift w/ w/o the flex arms. Will I notice a difference during daily driving, only off road, less wear on components, etc? Don't just say I will want the flex arms if I don't get them now. Some specifics, Thanks. Plan on doing some moderate trails but also will be my daily driver.

The Tera Flex lift is a great lift the Flex arms will allow you to dial in the parameters of the lift on castor or angle of the axles to align the drive shafts to the proper degree. The 3" kit alone comes with everything you need and alows you to upgrade in the future, The greatest thing is they have wonderful customer service and he (can't think of Tereflex Rep off hand) will answer everything you want to know about there products. Without the flex arms you will still be able to drive your rig on most trails and hang with some of the big boys, The Flex arms will give you more articulation and will beef up your suspension for the more difficult trails. You are making an excelent choice with TF lift kit.

pssst my name is Joe Thompson. Very good points on our 3" kit. JK's tend to be a little fussy when the steering/pinon angles are off. So it's great to start off with a kit that has all the arms. Then you get even more flex out of your suspenion with them. If you have any other questions give me a call!

Default TeraFlex FlexArms

Pardon my ignorance, but how do adjustable control arms (in this case, TeraFlex FlexArms) enhance articulation and/or flex? I understand how CAs are used to adjust castor in front and pinion angle in the rear, but not how they affect articulation. Any help?

aftermarket control arms with a heim joint or similiar end that moves will let the whole control twist when flexing. the stock arms let the axle travel up and down but doesnt allow for much twist. they will move some but not like with heim or johnny joints.
