Default Suspension & Shock advice

I've got a 2012 JKUR with a 2.5" RK Max Travel suspension and the Bilstein 5100 shocks. I also purchased the Teraflex Speedbumps which are amazing for desert driving. Since I only have the 2.5" lift the rear speed bump (canister but different from the front) rode really close to the frame and gave a very harsh ride on the rear shocks. I took them off and have a much better ride in town but now when I'm out rock crawling I tend to get a good deal of rubbing on the back tires since the shocks fully compress due to the limited travel. I installed the longer rear foam bumpstops that Teraflex sent me but those bend easily and don't offer any real support. I'm looking for options on how to fix this.
* Do I put the rear speedbumps back on and go with a 1" spacer lift all the way around for more travel?
* I was thinking of moving to the Fox 2.0 adjustable shocks?
* or ???

You'll need 2" to 3" of bump stop front and rear with that lift and 35" tires or you'll damage the shocks and/or stuff the tires up into the fenders. Check the clearance with the coil springs removed.
