Default Suspension and steering

This afternoon I decided to inspect my trackbar, trackbar brackets, and torque on the bolts. A little background info. I installed the TF leveling kit about 6 mo. ago and when installed I didn't loosen anything besides what I needed to drop down the axels to get the springs out to put the coil spacers on top.

Since then I've read that control arms and such should be loosened during lift installs and torqued to spec on the ground.

After I removed the trackbar this afternoon (nothing seemed bound up as the bolts came out quite easily) and reinstalled after inspection (didn't find anything out of the ordinary) I took it for a quick spin and my steering wheel was off. I assume that things shifted a touch while it was loose? I re-centered my steering wheel and everything seems to drive as normal. I didn't think that simply loosening the trackbar would have that much affect on the steering being centered.

Anyhow, would it be advisable to loosen up the control arms as well tomorrow and give it a few rocks back n forth/up n down or am I ok?

Thanks for any info.

I'm not an expert, but I've installed a few lifts. I've always loosened both track bars and all control arms when doing a lift. After setting the jeep back on the ground and adjusting the track bars, I then bounce the jeep a few times then tighten everything up to spec.
