Default Swap TF BB for 3 inch coils?

Hey guys, I might have to upgrade coils in the near future and I was wondering if it would be possible to swap out my Teraflex 2.5 inch coil spacers for 3 inch coils with out any other parts or major modifications?

Just know those TF 3in coils may give you 4in of lift, plan accordingly.

Can you? Yes. Will you have issues? Maybe.

You could easily be up around 3.5-4" with those coils, so you need to consider longer links, longer bumpstops, longer brake lines or brackets, the possibility of driveshaft issues, caster correction, pinion correction, axle re-centering, whatever else I forgot. Look at all the components in the more expensive versions of their 3" kits to see what you 'may' want or need.

The BB kit that I bought from Teraflex included longer bump stops, longer rear links, rear brake line brackets, rear track bar bracket, and shocks. I also purchased rc quick disconnects which I believe will accomodate up to a 4 in lift. The only difference I see in the basic 3 in TF lift kit is extended brake lines. I wouldn't mind just buying 2.5 inch coils but the 3 inch coils are the same price and I would like to get the extra lift if I could.

If I can pull off 3" coils with my current setup that would be great because I could gain lift and stiffer coils all for the same price. But if that turns out to not be the case I will look at getting the 2.5" coils. The only reason I posed this question is because when I was looking at the prices for new coils the price for the 2.5" and the 3" where the same. So I thought to myself why not get the 3" if I can use them with my current equipment.
