Default Swapping out XHD bumper hoop to stinger question

If I want to swap to a XHD stinger hoop that requires taking the frame mounted bolts out, is it necessary to replace the bolts with new ones, on can I reuse the bolts that came with my XHD? Just not sure if the bolts would still be considered good to use a second time round...

They'll be fine, it's no different than re-using the bumper on another jeep and them using the same hardware. There's a guy running my old bumper with hardware right now.

Karls is correct. These bolts are not a stretch bolt so the strength is not compromised. The swap is straight forward we recently did this and it was a breeze.

Right now it is sitting in the garage with the lights attached to it still.

Thanks guys! The reason I asked is that I found someone selling a XHD stinger for $125 and he said..."You know you need to buy new grade 8 bolts for it because if you go to use your winch with the old bolts, it'll rip the bumper off."

Anyways, it sounded kinda weird, (from what I understood grade 8 bolts did not stretch or deform) but I thought I'd ask here first just to be on the safe side.

Bolts can and do stretch but on the bumper....I wouldn't worry about it unless you were hoisting your jeep overhead routinely from a single mounting point.

If it does become a concern for you in the future then you can swap the bolts out but I wouldn't worry about it.......and honestly I've not seen this topic surface before so I'm not sure many folks have considered it.

I work my winch pretty hard and use the same bolts that came with the bumper and d-rings. So far have not had an issue with ripping the bumper off of the rig.
