Sway Bar Disconnect Question
Hey Guys - I installed a 2.5" Teraflex budget boost this weekend. The kit did not come with a sway bar disconnect (I got it used from a friend with only 1,500 miles on it).
The stock one was too short...what should I do? Should I purchase one, weld one???

Buy the tera ones. They are super nice. I had them on my TJ and the only thing I didn't like was that I had to drill and tap the frame for the retaining pin, but I still liked them so much I was willing to do that for my JK. When I got JK teraflex disconnects I almost did a happy dance when I saw that the brackets just attach to an existing body mount bolt. It is so nice just pulling a couple pins and swinging the sway bar up to the frame. It smokes having to use zip ties and crap.
Did it come with longer swaybar rods for the the back? You are supposed to move your stock rear to the front after installing the TF set.
I made my own disconnects for the front. Here is a write up by WOL about how to do it. I got the parts from our local Tractor Supply.
