Default sway bar link question

I have a 3.25 lift and still have the stock jku sway bar links. I don't plan on doing any crawling and wont do a ton of off roading , except for driving on the beach a few times a year. Am I going to damage my sway bar by not having the extended links? I have heard of people putting the rear links on the front and getting new rear links. not sure if that's the answer or if I should just buy new ones all the way around, or if I need new ones at all any info or help would be appreciated. thanks

I would suggest buying new rear links, and putting your "old" rears on the front. That would word for you.

I have longer rear links installed on my 3" lifted Jeep and no links in the front. There is slightly more body roll, but it rides super smooth.
