Not to much to worry about. You can try to tap the bottom of the knuckle (not the ball joint) with a hammer to seat it better. If not put the wheels on and drive it a few miles then recheck your bolts to see if they are loose. If they are tighten them if not drive farther and recheck periodically. One of my boots spins to not to worry about that still holds grease fine.
