I had this same issue with the Synergy SS relocation bracket and tie rod clamp and ended up ordering bushings from Summit Racing for $5 each. Part #BSN-195447 I did have to grind them down a bit for length. Thought it was better to have the correct diameter bushing and couldn't get the OEM to drill out easily.

Looks good with that synergy tie rod too, so you just ended up getting a new stabilizer instead of new sleeves in the OEM stabilizer?

My bilstein 5100 ss was bent. When they were replacing my tie rod they discovered the bow in the shaft. Fox ss was all they had. Nice thick shaft and softer charge too. Jeep drives a little better. As for bolting it up, he just used the stock bolt on the axle side and the clamp side came with a bolt from synergy. but the axle side bolt from synergy wouldnt work i guess. Didnt ask why....

An assortment of sockets and the vise did the job

I think I understand you process. So you basically used the vice like a ball joint press? Also did you replace the whole bushing or just the sleeve?

Took the easy way out. Used 12mm bolts on each side of the stabilizer since my drill didn't have the power to drill the sleeves to 1/2". Although the bolts were a tiny bit loose inside the sleeves, when I tightened everything up everything seemed pretty damn tight and no rattles on the road. It's nice having a stabilizer on for the first time in a couple months..

Some help on this would be nice, I get a great sounding pop when I steer completely each direction. I read that it could be the intermediate shaft that needs to be greased but just wanted to make sure.
