Here is a jeep I've seen in town that was bedlined. It can still give you an idea. I like the look, but probably couldn't do it unless my paint was in bad shape.

I like matt black... Saw many Harley's at Myrtle Beach this weekend that were matt. To the untrained eye (my wife) she thought they looked primer. I explained to her that's the 'new' look. She said it looked like the 'old' look to her (of course she had flat black primer car back in high school... guess she is having flash backs ).

It is an old school look but I credit Harley with bringing it back. 4 years ago they started doing this. Now you see all the muscle car guys looking to do it. Even though its old school, its refreshing. And you get to save on wax.

Forgot to mention I saw a 2012 Challenger with the matt black look. Even the wheels were black... I thought it looked good.

Good luck with your decision... the grill definitely looks sweet!!
