Default Tail Gate Rack Instead Of Spare Tire???
Has anyone seen or know where I can get a rack of any kind for the JK tail gate that would mount in place of the stock spare tire?

Rack of any kind? Tailgate may hold this one without warping.

I think this is something you'd have to fab up yourself. 99% of people run the spare tire on the 'gate or rear carrier.

What are you wanting the rack to hold? You can use a pioneer rack from an M37. It was used to hold the pioneer kit. You know, a shovel, maddock and an axe? Like this:
