Default Tailgate kit for Skunkwerks Rubicon King?

I just bought a '11 Rubicon unlimited and want to change the tailgate and brackets to match this one

http://project-jk.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=4427

Does anyone know if there is a kit, or was this a custom fabrication?

Thank you very much for your help.
