Tailpipe Routing Suggestions - Relocated Muffler
Hi Everyone,
I have spent a fair amount of time searching the forum for ideas about routing the tailpipe on my JK.
I just purchased a FlowMaster Delta 50 that will be installed close to the transfer case. (The Evap canister has already been relocated above the rear axle.)
I would like to run the tailpipe back along the left side frame rail, over the axle, with the tip exhausting somewhere behind the rear wheel. (I am open to exhausting it ahead or the rear wheel; but, I would like the longer tailpipe length. Would consider it, though, if there are good reasons.)
I will be having the muffler installed on Monday, so I thought I would try to learn by others' experience. (I guess that's a polite way of saying I'd like to copy a proven routing, if possible.) I have a few pics from the forum; but, I want to make sure I haven't missed any that are worth considering.
Thanks
Jeff
