Very simple, if u have kids. They could do it for you. I let my son put my shifters on.

The auto is easier. Pull down on the plastic collar on the bottom of the handle to reveal a torx head screw. Remove screw but don't toss. Pull off the stock handle and replace with the new one. Replace screw.

4WD is a major pain in the rear. With a flathead screw driver, pop off the 4WD medallion on the top. It will reveal a small metal clip, remove it. Depending on the year of your JK, the know may pull right off. If not, take a pair of large vicegrips and secure it around the knob. Using a hammer, hit the vicegrip until it's removed. Watch your face and the windshield Take a small flat screw driver and gently pry up the rubber grip on the new 4WD knob. It will reveal a small hex screw. Loosen the screw and place the knob on the 4WD shaft. Slowly tighten the screw until the knob is tight and straight. Replace rubber grip.

The brake handle just slides on top of the stock one, nothing to remove. Tighten the screws.

no shift release button for the automatic in 2011. 2011 dont have one, 07-10 are different shifters.
