Just installed my newTera Flex high angle rzeppa joint on my new front drive shaft. My old stock shaft finally failed after about 18,000 miles with both on and offroad use. Instal was pretty straight forward with help from the Tera Flex video. The new joint allows for a lot more flex and is way cheaper than buying a new shaft. My Jeep is a 2014 JKUR with the AEV 4.5 lift on 37" Nittos. Before and after pics below: Click image for larger version

So this replaces the factory joint? Reusing the rest of the factory shaft?

Nice job thanks for the post, didn't know TF had a solution to this problem. Think I need to check it out for reference.

Yes either side. TF makes a dual Rzeppa DS as well.

Yes, the Tera Flex high angle replaces the stock minimal angle CV joint on the transfer case side of the STOCK front driveshaft. I bought it for $149 from Northridge. A lot cheaper than the $500-$800 replacement shafts available. Jeep warrantied my broken stock shaft and gave me a new one. Before they put it in, I installed the Tera Flex CV joint. Good as(better than) new!

I would love the dual Rzeppa DS but didn't want to spend the $899 price tag!

You don't tear the boot on your exhaust with that much lift?
