Default Tera Flex Long Arm vs Short Arm

OK, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be buying TF when I do my suspension, my question specifically is what is the ride difference between the long and short arm kits? Can you tell the difference during city driving? On the highway?
I know that the cost difference for me is the cost of the install of the long arm kit due to some welding etc. Is it worth it?

Thanks....

I had a 2.5" long arm teraflex lift on my 2010 JK, and had $400 a piece Icon reservoir shocks on it. I have a 2.5" short arm Teraflex lift on my 2011 JK, and have $25 Teraflex 9550 shocks on it. For around town driving there is no difference from the control arms, and the cheap Teraflex shocks ride better. Offroad at slow speed the expensive shocks rode rougher, but were super well controlled. Offroad in sand whoops the Teraflex shocks very quickly reach their limit, and in that situation the expensive shocks and long control arms absolutely kick butt over the short arm cheap shock suspension.

I think it depends on the height of your lift and how much articulation you want.

More of those two items = a long arm kit.

Budget usually determines which way you go.

ride quality has a lot to do with spring load and shocks.

Go long arm if your spending so much money in that ball park might as well go the extra mile.
