With Stock wheels you HAVE to use wheel spacers.

I had no problems on my 2012 jkur with this lift and stock wheels and tires not sure of the 08 but the instructions say some will rub and some won't.

X2, when I installed it on mine, there was no rubbing until I put bigger tires on the stock rims. I put the spacers on then and it has been fine.

Just make sure you have all the required tools so you don't have to run to Sear's in the middle. Also I would spray to bolts up with some PB blaster a couple of days ahead of of time.

I did mine myself, actually started on a Saturday and finished on a Sunday. Make sure you have a good breaker bar to break the bolts free. I used floor jacks but a lift would definitely help give some extra room for leverage. Also I got asset of strut compressors free from auto zone. The front passenger side was the hardest to get the coil spring in and needed a friend to give me a hand after struggling by myself for about an hour to install. It's a very straight up easy install and Tera flex has great video to watchforinstalls. Good luck!

I installed the 2.5 coil and ran stock rims and tires for a while without spacers with no rubbing at all
