Default Teraflex 2.5 BB without shocks

Hey everybody. My Father is looking to lift his JK a little. I told him the TF BB would be a good place to start. He doesnt take his Jeep off road. Do you think he could get away with the BB without shocks? Really just looking for the lowest budget BB.

Anyone running a similar set-up? thanks guys.

Absolutely. The kit comes with shock extensions and he will be just fine. I ran this exact setup before going taller and loved it.

That's what I just ordered from Northbridge... I hope it get's me by for a bit but this Jeep bug is growing quick and I'm ordering a front bumper in a few minutes even though they are backordered.

Yeah, I was talking about the kit that comes with only spacers. No shock relocators.

I bought him the kit that comes with spacers, and bumpstops. No shocks, or shock extensions. Like I said, he NEVER goes offroad. It's a street only Sahara. It's his pretty Jeep. haha.

Well, if he won't be doing any wheeling, he should be okay. Just know that the valve inside his stock shocks are sitting 2.5" closer to the top and they may make contact even when negotiating pot holes.

I didn't see an option without the extensions. I read on this board on several occasions that you really should as the shock would be over extendened quite easy. 2.5" less shock ;-)
