Default Teraflex 2.5 question

Does the Teraflex 2.5in kit level out the factory rake or would I have to run additional coil spacers?

Depends which 2.5" TF kit you're referring to. The 2.5" Teraflex BB spacer lift will not adjust the rake as it's 2.5" front and back. The 2.5" Teraflex coil kit will level the stance as it's 3" up front and 2" in the back

If you intend to add any weight up front in the form of a metal bumper/winch DO THE COILS

Thanks a million. Do you have any suggestions on other kits in the same price and lift height range?

You could check out Northridge 4x4 for a variety of lifts, just tell him your goals. Also on the Tera kits. One of the members here had the 2.5BB and ordered just the frt 3in coils because he had installed a heavy ass bumper and winch. It sits pefectly level now with a BB spacer in the rear and coils up frt.

I just installed a TF Budget Boost 2.5 on my wife's new X, and it leveled out the jeep. I was surprised as I was not expecting this, but after the lift and tires went on, it looked pretty good.

Nice rig and lady. When I first looked at the pic, I thought she was holding some kind of a bald vulture the way it blends with her arm and door hinges . Do you see it?

LOL... It took me a long time, but now I see it:

The hinge is the beak, her upper arm is the bald head, the black jacket is the wing and tail, and her lower arm is the bald belly.

Nice.

It also depends on which springs you have in your Jeep. Since there's about 21 or so different spring part numbers for the front alone, there's no telling where it will sit, but it will be better than stock.
