Like twice a week. It has never let us down, and I have never wanted for more. It performs great for an expedition useage. if you needed 100percent full flex out of your rig for serious rock crawling its not your system. But for traveling off road, in the wilderness it works perfect because you get some extra clearance for break over etc plus fit bigger tires and still have clearance.

I highly recommend it. And more so with the Monroe shocks. They make my jeep so much better.

I am moving up to the 19/60 springs wit airlift bags in the rear for towing my lifted pop up and having the rig full for expeditions.
