Default TeraFlex 3" Kit

Anyone else have issues w/ TeraFlex 3" install? Trackbar relocation bracket came w/ bolt that is 1/2" too long and front end links need spacers out of OE links??? Any work arounds?

I had a similar problem with the front links. Teraflex will send you a set of spacers if you give them a call (I didn't want to use the quick disconnects since I have a Rubicon). I ended up just using my factory rears up front, rather than the TeraFlex links. I had an issue with my rear trackbar relocation bracket hitting my right rear spring when my pinion angle was adjusted appropriately. TeraFlex has since came out with a beefy axle-side relocation bracket that they sent to me because of my problem. I brought up all the issues people have been having with axle-side brackets and they have assured me that the new one only uses the factory locations for guidance, and uses other mounting locations for strength. I haven't installed it yet because the weather has been crappy.

Typically on the front links you just need to pop out the metal sleeve on one end. They are sleeved that way because we found that some Rubicon owners like to bolt them to the front e-disco unit. Can you post pics of the trackbar?

Thanks for the response. I will get some pics up. I actually sold the stock suspension so I can't even get the spacers. I just bought a set of non-adjustible end links from TeraFlex. The image of the product showed them complete w/ the spacers. Should work...

Thanks for the response. I have not had that problem but I don't have the rear sway bar hooked up right now...waiting on wheel spacers. I will be on the look out for that when I get it all hooked up. Thanks again.

Thumbs up Finally all together

I finally put the front and rear sway bars back on...what a difference! I will post some pics this weekend as I can now get out and about without feeling like I am going to roll over!
