TeraFlex 3" Lift - Feedback Wanted
Okay group, I'm leaning towards the TF 3" for my 4-dr and will run 35's under it. I would love to get some feedback on this specific lift. A couple of questions I have are:
1) any problems with the load of a heavy bumper / winch?
2) heavy spare on rear? heavy spare and aftermarket bumper w/ tire carrier?
3) do the 2 above cancel eachother out?
or does the TF 3" have heavy duty springs that will compensate for added weight?
Thanks in advance!

I like mine, but I wish I had gone with the 4" and 37's. It sits pretty level using the additional 1" front spacers that come with the kit. I am not running bumpers yet, but have a full size spare on the rear. One thing I prefer about the Teraflex kit is that it comes with stainless steel braided lines for the front instead of brackets. Good luck with your decision.

I have the TF 3" and I got 4 1/2 inches out of it, don't ask me how. I have the schrockworks bumper with a xd9000i winch. The front dropped about a 1/2 in.
I have 35's on the JK with no sag in the rear. So far so good just hoping they settle a little.

We've installed 2 TeraFlex 4" kits on both of our JK's. The first kit only come out to be about 3 1/2" and we ran 37" Baja Claws.
The second one came out to be about 4 1/2" - 5" and we have the same 37" Baja Claws on it.
Overall both kits installed very easy and we had no problems. Both JK's drive on the road/highway with no issues.
Hopefully this helps with your decision.

So I am not crazy. I noticed the same thing. I would actually like it to be closer to 3". I hope aftermarket bumpers and a little settling/sag will bring it down.

Anybody have any tips after doing the install? Looks like the instructions that come with it are good and I believe I saw a write up on the forum also.
Thanks for all the feedback! I love this forum...

Did you have to do anything to the drive shaft? I should also mention that I will be adding adjustable track bars to both front and rear. Do you have a pic of your rig on level ground?

3"tf lift
I have a 3" Tera Flex lift on my 07 Rubicon unlimited and 35-12.5x17" installed
on stock wheels. I also used the 1" wheel spacers from Tera flex. Once the lift was installed I had the adjustable trac bar installed to center the front axle.
The tires I pruchaced are the Cooper SST. My jeep was 6" taller when the lift
was complete, i measured to the bottom of the fender flares (before and after).
Recently I purchaced and installed a T-Max 10,000lb. winch and jeep bumpers
front and rear. After a month and some rough wheeling, it has settled 1/2"
rear and 3/4" front. I am very happy with looks and ride. Off road I could use
a little more steering, possibly different wheels with less back spacing.
good luck !!!! retep
