Default Teraflex 4" long arms upgrade

Hi,

I currently have a 4" TF flex arms lift kit, I am debating how and if upgrading to the long arms will be beneficial. I have 2010 Rubicon with 35" MT tires.

Also, right now it is a little harsh ride , will the long arms help or I should consider changing to the EVO plush springs?

Thank you for your inputs

The roughness of the ride i think had more to do with the shock valving than the arms. It's said that long arms will give you a better road ride. It depends on what you want i guess. I'd say try to find a different shock first. Then if you still want ling arms get um...once you cut the factory brackets off there's no going back

The reason they felt softer is your control arms are at a more severe angle with the 4" springs making the bumps feel rough. If you went long arm your ride would improve dramatically at a 4" lift height

Will improve with or without the evo springs?

The long arm kit will improve your ride as far as the Evo springs. Everyone I have talked to with them says they are a really nice ride. But almost all of those guys ran long arms.

Question for Chris: do you really need a 1"spacer with the evo springs in order to keep the lift height? Will this limit the "plush" of the springs and it's all purpose?
