Default Teraflex adjustable front LCAs

I travel between San Diego and Phoenix frequently and my JKU gets flighty when above 70 mph or above 60 mph and it is windy (which it usually is going over the passes). I have a 2.5" Teraflex BB lift so I just purchased Teraflex adjustable front LCA's. I'm looking for a suggested starting length to set them at. Any thoughts?
