Teraflex balljoints failure to grease

Can't seem to grease the lowers even with the holes lined up. Any tips? Tried greasing them with and without load and nothing they come out of the other grease holes. The boots are still full of air and no grease :(

I would remove the Zerks and make sure they are clean. The grease should go right in the joint?
