Default Teraflex D30 gussets

Had my Teraflex D30 gussets installed today. My guy had to grind on the gussets a bit to get them to fit with the OME coils. The install looks clean and I don't question his judgment--there definitely wasn't clearance without the grinding. I'm just a little surprised.

Friend of mine had to grind them with TF coils...go figure. Shitty design IMO.

Mine go in tomorrow...hoping the c's aren't already bent. I have a couple degrees of negative camber on each tire right now.

I think the factory set up on JK's isn't consistent. I'd rather have the Teraflex kit overbuilt and grind it down instead of being too thin...

I'm looking into this same enhancement.

Had to grind the gussets with the Teraflex coils as well. No biggie...as long as they do their job.

X2. For those needing to grind, maybe the C's are already bent?

What kinda shops are you getting these welded on at? actual 4x4 shops or just a weld shop?

I have a pair I need to get put on, just havent been active in finding a shop or knew if a regular weld shop could handle not burning the ball joints
