Recently upgraded my steering with teraflex HD drag link and tie rod. Got everything done. Turned out real nice. Took it to get an alignment and there telling me they can’t get it into spec. They say that tie rod is to long and needs to be cut. Even with both of the tie rod ends all the way in. I am unfortunately not there to see what the issue is. If anyone else has installed this kit and could give me some insight it would be much appreciated.

An issue with teraflex? There’s a shocker. Sorry but I haven’t had good luck with anything that has their name on it. I would guess that the alignment shop is right and maybe teraflex sent the wrong bar.

 

Why did you buy teraflex when there are so many other better brands out there? I would verifiy the lenght then give teraflex a call if it is in fact too long. Maybe they sent you a JL link.
