Default TeraFlex HD Track bar

Was wondering if anyone has the same issue i do. When i turn my wheels the track bar makes a nasty knocking sound and you can see it jump. is their anyway to change the bushing? it's always greased so i don't understand why the bushing would be shot.

The hold is not wallowed out it's the bushing itself. it's not the typical rubber bushing it's the metal one with what im assuming has ball bearings in it or something i thoughts it packing it with grease would stop but it has not worked. don't know what else to do besides trying to knock the sleeve out and using a rubber one if thats even possible. or swapping it out.

any input would be appreciated

thank you in advance

There shouldn't be the type of movement you describe in the track bar bushings. It's a recipe for DW and damage to other parts.

Have you tried calling TF?

They offer replacement bushings.

Thanks for the call. FYI Offroadme had one of the original non forged series trackbars.
