Call them. They are an amazing group of guys. If you did not get it, the new bracket is a work of art to say the least. I would also post some pics as the damage you are describing does not sound typical...

I totally agree. They are the BEST. I have not had problems, this is not a complaint about TERAFLEX, I will not be getting rid of the lift, Because I think they are a great company and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had another probelm and they took care of it immediately.

AGAIN I I want ot stress that I THINK TERAFLEX AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST AND THEY GO WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE NORM. THEY ARE GREAT. I think the products they produce are the best too. that is why I am sticking with them and recommending them. They can be counted on to answer and fix any problems.

Again Thank You TERAFLEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took pics and I have had trouble posting from computer. I would love to post them, but my computer skills suck. I offered to email them to Teraflex if they wanted them. I can email to you if you want to post them for me...
