Default Teraflex Performance Leveling Kit

I've seen alot of threads about installing the basic Teraflex leveling kit. I thinking about doing the coil lift.

Was wondering if anyone else has done it and what they think?
Is there anything else I'll need?

How long did it take you to install? Was thinking of doing it myself but haven't really tried anything like this.

I installed one a couple months ago and love it. I also put in a 1/2 inch Teraflex spacer on the front to make up for my winch and bumper. It took me and a buddy about 4 hours to do. We took our time, had a couple beers and had no problems. I used 2 floor jacks, 2 jackstands and hand tools. I just jacked up each corner on the frame, placed a jackstand under the frame for safety. Then I removed the tire, sway bar link and bottom shock bolt. I used the 2nd floor jack to adjust the axle up or down in order to get the shock and swaybar link bolts to come out and go back in easier. It really was a pretty easy install. Not worth paying someone else to do. I ended up getting about 3 inches in the front and 2 in the back. Perfect!

I like the kit (non-performance version), but for me it's only a stepping stone to a 2.5" coil lift. If this is ultimately where you want to be and you have the funds, skip the leveling kit.

Otherwise, the kit has everything you need, sans the tools.

As mentioned, plan for a half day (~4 hours) for the install.

I just finished my install on my 12 Rubi and it is exactly what I wanted. I got the spacer leveling kit. I have a LOD front bumper with a Recon winch and a Mopar rear bumper. The front was sagging about 1" more than the rear due to the heavy front bumper (exaggerated the factory rake). I used both spacers and the factory isolator in the front but only used the TF spacer without the factory isolator in the rear. Measurements below:

Stock susp with LOD bumper front - 17 1/4" to bottom of rubi rail
Stock susp with Mopar off road bumper rear - 19" to bottom of rubi rail

TF leveling kit front - 19 1/4" to bottom of rubi rail
TF leveling kit rear (no isolator) - 19 1/2" to bottom of rubi rail

I think my front bumper with the winch outweighs the rear bumper by about 100 lbs so the 1/2 inch factory rear isolator would have brought the rake back.
