It's not really getting the piece out of the bushing that's the problem. It's not being able to disco because the bushing is such a tight fit. I've actually had the had the pushing pop out of the link while trying to pry it off to disconnect. It's greased and everything is installed correctly the piece just doesn't fit correctly. I also had the same problem as the guy above about not being able to get the washer and clip on, so I had to go with thinner clips. I would really like to see Teraflex comment on this and hopefully take some action.

I contacted TeraFlex about their bushings being too tight and they admitted that at one point their bushings were perfect, then too loose and now too tight. They sent me some new posts that they machined down a bit and all is well. The discos go on and off very easily and make the process near effortless. When I upgrade to a full lift kit from my leveling it will be with their kit. Thanks for the support Teraflex.

I'm having the same exact problem. Its more work trying to get them on/off now than it was before I had the quick disconnects. Sent Teraflex an email. Hopefully they will help me out as well.

I was going to purchase these today but maybe I will hold off to see how these machined posts work for everyone. I have always gone with JKS but I love the Teraflex discos because of the "storage" when disco'ed. But I def want to make sure they make my life easier first. Keep us posted on the new posts

Just got off the phone with Teraflex they are sending me out some new machined studs. Guess I won't be installing my quick disco's this weekend.

How do I know if the set that I have is fixed or ok? Is there a production date range or other identifier?
I'm planning on install Saturday.....
