Default Teraflex quick disconnect question

I recently installed the Teraflex 2.5 BB, so I have moved my stock rear swaybar links to the front. If I want quick disconnects, whats the difference between getting the Teraflex disco kit with the links versus just getting the pins and brackets and using them on what I already have? Its only 25 bucks for the brackets and pins. Are their links that much better?

I just sent Teraflex an email asking them this question as well. I'll let you all know what they say.

I have the jks disco's, much better than a homemade version. Don't think you'd go wrong with the TF disco's either, just gotta trim a bolt, unless they've fixed that issue.

The problem is the stock bushings have a smaller diameter opening that what the TeraFlex pins have. So no, you cannot use the TeraFlex kit and the stock links together.

Yep, that's the way it falls. If you decide to go TF, let me know, I'll help with the install. Damn I like workin on jeeps too much, maybe I can get the wife to cook lasagna this time. She makes a mean Italian dish.

Thanks, but that should be easy enough for me to do at home. We should get together again sometime soon, though. The weather is awesome lately.

Alright. We could stretch it to a 6 hour job, with some beer assistance.
