Teraflex S/T sway bar - not dual rate
For now my electronic disco is working ok. Once it starts giving me trouble hopefully you guys will have this ready for sale. Ill be checking back again in a few months and taking a further look. Thanks
That's a crying shame. I've been looking at these for my trip to Moab in a few weeks. But back to the owner of the threads question. Does anybody have experience with the single rate version. And what can TeraFlex tell us about the forged single rate version that has not yet come out?
Ive got a procal - documentation says it will disable the light (http://www.aev-conversions.com/pdf/i...User_Guide.pdf) so I think Im ok there.

Well I have the single rate on my JK. So next time you come in, let's go for a ride. The main change is that the new S/T's will have forged arms with the TeraFlex logo in the casting. The swaybars work the same way as the original bent flat steel arms. There will also be rear swaybars for TJ's and JK's in a few months.
I can see a TF lift and swaybar in my near future.
I have the Teraflex S/T sway bar.. original version I think...

I love it. It works with the OEM front bumer and the Teraflex Epic front.. I think it will work with most aftermarket bumpers that dont wrap around the ends of the front crossmember.
I have been running it for about 7 months.. first, it is the best solution for ease of reconnecting, you turn the knob and are done. it clicks in as soon as the JK sits level. as far as disconnecting goes, it can still be a bit tricky if the JK isnt completely level.. I put some grease on the big pin that falls into the hole that holds the sway connected.. works much better that way.. I just rock the JK a bit with one hand while turning the knob with the other hand and it disco's
as far as running on the street goes, its firmer than the OEM sway, the JK feels more planted in the corners and I really like that.. I am running this sway with 3.5" lift and I think it is the perfect setup. (feels better in the corners than it did stock)
If I were to start over, I would go the same route with this sway.
few downfalls to it.. it mounts to the same area as some light bars (MBRP) which I would love to run, will not work with the Warn winch plate (that also uses the OEM bumer) and it does not play well with all bumpers.
A bit of history of why I chose this sway... I wanted the E-disco really bad, if it were a perfect product and didnt have a high failure rate It would have been a no brainer. but spending all that money on something that is going to fail made me upset. I run a lot on the beach and love running disconnected for comfort, this sway is perfect for that because it is sooo easy to disconnect and reconnect.

Joe - Did you ever find out if there is another way to disable the Sway Bar light without getting the ProCal ? Is there a quick dealer flash to delete the sway bar ?
Installed mine today... And I have to call teraflex on Monday unless I get a sponser on here to help me out...
1. Awesome set up, trail is full flex, street is probably better than stock.
2. It's heavy duty made of quality materials.
Questions/concerns
1. I ordered the 0-3" kit and the links it came with look huge? How do I know if I was sent the right kit. The box had no part number or identifiers, only my invoice which had the right part number.
2. The knob to go from street to trail does not rotate. It screws in all the way for street and unscrews all the way for trail. I know that's not right but it doesn't turn. Directions say install knob, nothing else really?
Any help would be great. And I'll post up if I call teraflex. Thanks

Question 1 - the links are adjustable....set the arms to be parallel with the frame or just slightly higher...
Question 2 - once you screw the knob all the way in...the main portion should turn, not the entire piece... Teraflex has good CS, and will replace the part if its defective...
