Teraflex Steering Stabilizer - Leaking
I installed a Teraflex steering stabilizer a few months ago. When i installed it the writeup said no other parts were needed but I found that it needed a relocation bracket because it was too wide to fit. Many on here pointed out that my factory tie rod must have been bent a little for that to not fit. Since that time I've noticed that my steering wheel has been adjusting slowly over time. Before it used to be slightly left of center when driving straight and now it's slightly right of center. Well I just noticed today that the stabilizer is leaking a green milky greasy fluid. My theory is that over time and after a lot of wheeling the tie rod is becoming ever more bent as it's strength has been compromised and this is causing the position of the stabilizer to change so much that it must have over compressed while turning the steering wheel. I haven't found this greasy stubstance anywhere else and appears to be coming from one particular spot on the stabilizer.

The grease appears to be most concentrated here

Has anyone else had this happen to their stabilizer?

Does anyone know why the steering would need adjusting over time?
I know mine is. I need to get a aftermarket one soon. I keep saying that but buy other stuff first.

i am relatively new to the jeep world. I have to say that Teraflex is amazing! It boggles my mind how quick these guys are. Not any other company, whether it jeep related or not, can match this type of service. I've never had an issue with my products from them but based on their customer service alone, they have my business for life.
