Default Teraflex WTF? Help?

Ok Guys, I installed the 2.5 BB today, Had a couple of problems.
And have a couple of questions.

The rear sway bar links installed inside or outside?
I installed them outside and the bolt holding the top of the left rear, shaved off some aluminum from inside the rear wheel

The brake line bracket--installed with the bump out to the outside, if installed to the inside, brake line very tight on frame? Which Way?

Front sway bar links, installed inside and outside of the mounts right?

NONE of the Washers (there were many) fit the new bolts for the rear shock mounts?
Poor craftsmanship or Misuse of washers?

I had about 8 extra washers.

Also I snapped the head off one of the original shocks, leaving about an inch left, it fit inside the adapter and tightened up real good, but new shocks may be in the future.
And with that, the old front shock top nut was rendered useless. So off to the parts store (3 stores later and 1.5 hours), Its not course thread and barely Metric-10mm. Had to use some ass to install it.
They should at least give you new nuts for the top of the front shocks.

Overall I love the look, the rear axle is shifted a little bit, and the steering wheel was aligned fine.

Suggestions: Ship less washers and ones that fit, and add 2 lousy nuts for the shock extensions, and work on the installation instructions a little bit. Thank God for the JK-Forum write up.

The rear sway bar links installed inside or outside? Outside if you have spacers or wheels with less backspacing, Inside with stock wheels

The brake line bracket--installed with the bump out to the outside, if installed to the inside, brake line very tight on frame? Which Way? curved towards the frame, other wise they will rub on your sway bar

Front sway bar links, installed inside and outside of the mounts right? outside on the bar and inside of the mounts.. I think .. I d have to look to be sure

Thanks Brian,
You answered a lot. I can sleep a little better tonight. Tomorrow I will change the brake brackets and leave my rear sway bars inside, the nut really rubbed on the outside.

The sway bar link has been a common issue, and they have recomended in the past using a wheel spacer. Can't answer for the brake bracket though.

Sorry didn't see your post last night. Let me know if you need anything else. I'll ask about the extra washers. Did you get the rear trackbar bracket? We have updated the instructions but you could have a kit with the old one's. Sorry about the bad time installing this kit, just let me know if there's anything I can do for you.

Joe

No I don't have the track bar adjuster, I bought the kit in the early part of the year, just got around to doing it now.
It is an all around nice kit, You should just include washer that fit
And 2 more nuts for the shock extensions.

How about I send a rear trackbar bracket to you for free to help make up for our mistakes? PM your info to me and I'll get your stuff coming.

Wow, with that kind of customer service, I might have a hard time installing mine also... just to see what kind of gifts are offered up! Feel free to make a mistake with mine, too, Joe!

How can you argue with that Customer Service?
Thanks
John

PS. I am NOT dissapointed in the lift, and I would recommend it, the main hardware is bullet proof, it looks fantastic on, just add a couple of extra nuts, and some good washers, good to go.
Thanks Again.
