I am glad to hear all the positive, I have my new lift still in the box sitting in my garage right now and was afraid to read this thread. I thought I was going to have to send it back.

OP thanks for posting this thread...

That being said I meticulously went through and did the install myself (im a novice mechanically) but i made sure that every single bolt was properly torque and each and every piece that was altered was installed correctly. From what I gather most people with DW issues that have a BB are related 95% of the time to the installer not properly re-torqueing the arms and track bars.

TeraFlex makes a fantastic product and I dont necessarily agree with some earlier post. Yes anytime you alter the geometry of a vehicle its going to add additional stress to the stock components, BUT 2.5" on a 4door JK is not really changing things enough to IMMEDIATELY need anything else. However, make sure you have the rear track bar relocation bracket in the kit you bought along with any other parts that would have come with a brand new kit.

Best of Luck

Exactly what he said.. But I'm not adding the 35" I like the stock tires just fine...

Default no problems here

i put the rough country 2.5 bb on a couple of weeks ago and not one problem. just make sure you get a rear track bar bracket and maybe some quick sway bar disconects.

imo the budget boost is the best lift for the money. i have the tf 2.5in bb and love it NO problems whatsoever.... AND when done right with other upgrades it can be all the lift you need. do a search for planman. with some trimming and flat flares he fit 37s.

thx again! i am only looking to run 305 on 17s on this lift. it sounds like the general consensus is the alignment, DW, etc will not be an issues as long as the install is done properly.

You are being very liberal with the term "42s & fitting"

I have also had this lift on my jeep for over a year with no problems, WIth 35's. track bars are a big part of DW check them often and you will be fine. I had a cherokee with bad DW. I got a track bar brace and adj heavy duty track bar and it drove great.

Good luck
