TF 2.5 BB shocks Vs. Shock adaptors. What do you guys think? Are the adaptors cheesy? Should I pay the extra cash for the shocks??

I am running the kit with the 9550 shocks and really like it. I think its worth the extra $ IMO.

the shock adapters work but you will get more articulation with new longer shocks. if you can afford it, i would go that route.

And on the side of ride quality... if you have a rubicon, the shock extensions are close to the same quality as the TF shocks, but if you have a X, I would definitly recommend the TF shocks as opposed to extensions.

yes buy the shocks, not so much that they are cheesy adapters, well built, I had them but the SkyJkr Nitro 8000s were inexpensive and way better than stock....get em...do it....do it now (Terminator voice)

I have the adapters and wish I would have spent the extra coin and gotten the shockes with the kit.

I have an X and bought rubi shocks off another member on this forum. Im going to get the adapters w/ the BB. You can try that route. It saved me about $150.
