How are you using your jeep? Highway princess? overland? rock crawler? do you tow? Is the lift for asthetics? How big of tires are you planning to run.
You have asked a very difficult question for the information you have provided.
Some will tell you super soft shocks for a smooth ride. Some will say super stiff shocks for severe driving, and towing
Some will say skip the uppers and lowers bcause you do not have to have them. others want every thing aligned and will tell you you need the uppers lowers, and track bars. All are correct, for how they use their jeep.

Start with whatcha gonna do with this lifted jeep?
Then whatcha gonna put on it?
Then how much ya gonna drive it?
How long ya gonna own it?
How much ya wanna spend?

Im planning on a teraflex 2.5 coil lift with uppers, lowers, track bars, and the TF or Bilstein shocks (havent decided on this yet)
Ill run duratrac 33's, I want good road wear and decent off road. i dont crawl rocks. i like trails. Mine is a daily driver, 35's are over kill for me. I also do not want to replace my tire carrier.
I have 3.73 gears. For the umph I prefer any bigger than 33's would require a regear. I fyou have 3.21's you will wnat to seriously consider tire size.

I would call Northridge 4x4. They always turn me in the right direction when I'm on the fence about something. And they always seem to beat the prices of other dealers some how. Oh and I asked the same question about tf or bilsteins. And I was told tf are good stuff, but bilsteins are the way to go.

I have recently purchased the 3" teraflex kit (from Northridge) you are talking about. There are different versions of the 3" kit. Mine is the version that came with front lower adjustable arms and rear upper adjustable arms. Great ride on road and very capable off. I do not regret this mod.

I ran the 3" for a year and a half and recently switched to 4" springs and bilsteins. I would suggest: lower front adj arms, rear upper adj arms, front adj track bar. The kit should come with rear trackbar bracket that will re-center the rear axle. When I switched from my TF shocks to the bilstein shocks I noticed a slightly smoother ride.

I would at least get a kit with front lower and rear upper adj control arms. Plan on replacing the front/rear driveshafts also, thanks for choosing TeraFlex!

I spent the extra change and got all 8 flex arms to able to dial everything in. I also got the Fox shocks everything rides incredibly well. I did the install over the weekend no issues at all.
